Vista tokens are pay-as-you-go credits. Each action in Vista—generating, regenerating, or editing a room design—costs a fixed number of tokens. You only pay for what you use.

Generating a new room design costs 10 tokens. Regenerating costs 5 tokens. Editing an existing design costs 3 tokens. At $0.10 per token (USD) or ֏40 per token (AMD), a new design starts at about $1.

No. Vista has no monthly subscription. You buy tokens when you need them and use them at your own pace.

Open Vista and use the balance top-up flow. Payment is handled securely via Stripe. Your token balance updates immediately after checkout.

Yes. New visitors receive about 20 free tokens so you can try Vista before buying more.

Each time you submit a product photo and our AI successfully produces a 3D model, that counts as one generation. Failed generations (due to server errors on our side) are not deducted from your quota. If you re-submit the same image, it counts as a new generation.

Unused image-to-3D credits roll over for one billing cycle, capped at 2× your monthly allowance. For example, on the Starter plan (25/mo), you can accumulate up to 50 rollover credits. After that, the oldest unused credits expire.

When you start a new subscription, you get a boosted image-to-3D quota for your first billing month. This helps you bulk-upload your existing catalog quickly. After month one, your allowance switches to the standard monthly amount.

Yes. If you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and you receive the difference in credits pro-rated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate equivalent to 11 months (1 month free). You still receive your monthly credit allowance each month — the discount is purely on price.

Your subscription and billing start as soon as you complete checkout. You get full plan quotas immediately, including the first-month image-to-3D bonus. There is no permanent free tier; an active subscription is required.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Studio includes several built-in 3D planners: Room Planner, Kitchen Planner, Kitchen Designer, Module Planner, and Wardrobe Planner. Customers can drag and drop your catalog items into virtual rooms to visualize their space before ordering.

The AI Chat assistant lets your customers describe furniture in plain language — for example, "Add a blue table 120 cm wide" — and the AI creates or places objects on the 3D canvas. Usage is counted in messages per month, depending on your plan tier.
